Large Caucasian Belt buckle with Silver niello
Description
Very nice high quality Caucasian belt buckle in two pieces,. Two section fittings joined by a copper pin, the front decorated with thick silver and filigree, with niello inlaid designs, originally gilt.. Mounted to a soft hide belt which has been cut. Beautiful craftsmanship . Late 19th century
