Gilt-Silver mounted Russian Kindjal dagger

A good quality Russian Kindjal dagger circa 1890. The large mounts to the scabbard beautifully chiselled with floral scrollwork and borders in silver covered with gold. The mounts to the hilt decorated in similar fashion, the  band between the horn hilt slabs is also gilt. The grip made of black horn. The long steel blade of diamond section and tapering to a sharp point, stamped deeply with a makers mark cartouche containing an arabic signature. Very good condition throughout!
