Decorative ‘Ball Morning Star’ or spiked flail

A well made ‘Morning Star’ flail, consisting of a stout iron handle to which fixed by a thick iron chain is a heavy solid iron ball set with 5 four-sided spikes. Although this is not a historical weapon, it is a well made representation of the form of mace believed to be used by mounted Horsemen.
