All metal spear from the Sahel SubSaharan Tuareg

A nice steel lance or spear from Saharan North Africa. All metal construction, the steel shaft inlaid with bands of brass inlay in typical Tuareg style and engraved with detail, the blade broadening and with barbs to the base and below. The handle retaining it’s green and brown leather grip, below which are featured various attached metal jingles, and a loop for holding by a finger, the blade flaring slightly and with applied engraved brasswork.
