Zulu wirework Club or stick. A very nice quality and very old Zulu or shona club or short staff. Wooden and covered almost entirely in woven bands of steel and brass wire in typical style, the weaving covering the head itself. In very good condition with some minor fraying starting in areas. Dating to the 19th century, a really nice example with good uncleaned patination. 87 cms long overall
