Qing Chinese Halberd Polearm head with two crescent blades

Description

 A large Chinese Polearm head. Solid piece with large central straight blade, fitted with two opposing crescent curved sharpened blades to each side. The lower part of the centre blade is flattened and decorated with chiselled designs of scrollwork and various symbols, the bottom with a thick steel tang to be fitted to a wooden shaft. One side has some pitted corrosion which appears to have a woven type arrangement perhaps from cloth , the other side very good condition. 19th century, Qing Chinese
