Qajar Period 19th Century Persian Kilij sword with Calligraphy

 A 19th century Persian sword with a robust steel kilij type blade, the full length of both side etched with arabic calligraphy and other designs including snakes. The handle or hilt of steel with pistol shaped grip and drooping stylised dragon head terminals to the guards.
