A large old Nepalese Kukri knife. Large bladed example, inlaid with brass decorations to one side, and chiselled to the other, with seemingly the ground flat of the blade retaining blueing to both sides, which contrasts nicely with the brass designs.The hilt of dense high quality polished bone, the sheath of leather decorated to the front with applications of embossed bronze, and some semi precious stones, the reverse retaining two side knives with wooden handles. 52 cms long overall, the blade 38 cms approximately
