Interesting North Indian PeshKabz dagger with inscription to the blade

An interesting North Indian PeshKabz dagger, one side of the blade with engraved writing in Sanskrit or Devanagiri/Punjabi?  Faint patterns of watering can also be seen on the metal surface. The hilt of horn, the mounts of steel. Age wear to all parts, circa 1800.
