Indian Khula Khud helmet with chiselled steel decoration and gold designs 19th century

A nice 19th century Indian Khulah Khud or Top helmet of steel. The helmet bowl covered entirely with chiselled decoration embellished with gold and silver highlights and motifs. Long central quadrangular spike to the crown. Two plume holders with most unusual original fittings, the steel nasal bar with protective endings and again decorated with gold.
