Genuine 19th century Heavy Chinese Dao sword

A really nice Genuine Qing 19th century Sword from China ‘Dao’. A heavy duty no-nonsense sword with a thick stout blade meant for action rather than display, sharp edge with back fuller to increase rigidity. In good condition. The scabbard covered with thick ass-hide and black iron mounts all in superb condition, with a hanging bar to take a strap. The hilt with black iron mounts and a large disc handguard, the grip bound with red cord. A great long example. This came as a matching sword to the other Dao offered on this site and together they form a pair
