fine persian priming flask for gunpowder of watered chiselled steel

A good quality Persian gunpowder priming flask. The body finely crafted from fine wootz watered steel with a strongly visible dark watered pattern to its surface. The remaining mounts moveable and decorated with piercing and shaping. A small bird decorates the very tip of the flask. Retaining its original leather straps and some gilt metallic thread cord.
