Swords from the region of Central and Southern Asia, noteably for having influences both from the Indian Subcontinent and Afghanistan, and areas further east including China, Mongolia and Korea/Japan. The swords in this section range from the Tibetan plateau, Nepal, Bhutan, to the Khanates of central Asia in what is now Turkmenistan/Uzbekistan incorporating the important Persian-influenced centres of Bukhara and Samarkand. Caucasian swords from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan will also be located here.
