A scarce Algerian longgun with miquelet firing mechanism. The dark wooden stock inlaid with bone decorative motifs, the steel barrel marked with a european style makers name to the top. Some brass wire bining to the grip region. Large typical lock with panels of decorative work, the multiple cappucines along the barrel made from iron. circa 1800
