Antique Thai Mak Halberd Weapon

 A rare old Thai weapons known as a Mak. The long narrow steel blade very thick and rigid at the back, with the inner edge sharpened. The back of the blade spine features very nice fretted shaped decorationm which recoccurs at the bottom front. The handle is a long wooden shaft between axe and halberd length with two brass or copper rings beneath the blade.61 inches overall, 18 inch blade 19th century.
