British or Scottish Regimental Military drum 19th century

A good decorative Military drum dating to the early-mid 19th century. In very good condition throughout with nice age patination, one side perforated. The colours painted on the rims of red white and blue, and the tartan fabric section to the hanging band, as well as the constructional type suggest this drum was regimental and possibly Scottish. european
