Description

 A fine Indian Bandaq Matchlock musket, superb quality. The heavy steel barrel chiselled with repeating textured design, bound to the wooden lacquered stock with chiselled silver fittings and cord/thread. The breech end thickly covered with gilt, the fluted breech block of ebony inlaid with ivory roundels, Brass side plates, the other mounts to the stock of filigree silver, large trigger again thickly covered with gold foil.
