Old Saif sword from Arabia / Oman

A nice old Arab sword Saif, with good age, the black horn hilt mounted with silver and gold fittings. The blade of european probably 17th century German steel, single edge, light and sharp with age patina and wear to the surface. Original scabbard covered with fine patterned black leather, mounted with silver and gold panels again, one hanging ring near the top end. 19th century at the latest but probably considerably older.
