Gold decorated Kindjal sword

 A good quality kindjal/qama from Daghestan, the handle of walrus ivory Morse embellished with gold decorated iron stud mounts. The blade of solid thick steel, deeply fullered and the upper side with a panel of goldwork. Retaining original scabbard with gold decorated hanging band, some leather and lower mount missing.  19th century
